Offshore, Drag Boat, Inboard Class racing, Grand National Hydro, and/or
any form of power boat racing has a common debility; engine speeds
that have far surpassed the perfunctory capability of the wet sump
oil system. STEF’S has combined the latest in proven horsepower
producing design concepts with unparalleled scavenging and oil control
to meet the challenge in marine competition engines.
STEF’S Marine Dry Sump pans feature fully extended kickouts,
teflon coated uni-directional windage screen, proprietary marine directional
baffling for unsurpassed oil control, and optimum pickup location
for consistent scavaging.
Because boat racing is as much about endurance as it is speed, special
consideration is given to material selection and welding technique.
Each pan is 100% heli-arc welded inside and out to withstand 100’s
of hours of crashing through 6 footers at top speed. Every pan is
leak checked at final inspection to insure quality to our customers.
Each pan includes mounting hardware. |
